The transport company Dodo is absolutely terrible, last 3 orders took over 90 minutes to be delivered and that's just 3 kms away. Based on the KFC status the meal was ready in 10 minutes, so this is purely horrible transport company problem. Use Wolt instead or just walk there, anything is faster.

You expext more convenient UX from such a huge enterprise. I just wanted to make an order and pick it up myslef. The app asked for my addres couple of times. I made my order and right before the payment, it sudenly remembered that I need to be logged it. During the registration it asked for the phone number, Burger King does not do that. After the login it reset my order, needed to make it twice.

I've tried to order 1 hour before ice hockey championship finals and waited for more than 2 hours until I finally cancelled the order because they could not deliver the food. Repeatedly was in communication with the KFC dispatcher reassuring me of my order. What I'd rather see though, if I wouldn't even be able to order if the delays are huge instead of letting me order and telling me that it will come in 45 minutes. If there's an event like this, get ready and hire more people for the delivery.
