very unprofessional. Customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and it is now the 19th and I have no correspondence about my order. I've emailed on numerous occasions with the same automated response of "its processing 7-10 business days " and its CLEARLY been longer‼️

really good shoes the best place to buy them, but takes an insanely long time to ship and has a ridiculously high shipping fee if form the united states, and you can only buy one shoe per order.

I ordered a hand bag first and after 10 minutes I received a massage stating that my order was cancelled? and them I re apply again maybe it might be from my end. after that goes through instead of getting my refund for my the first order now I'm being charged for 2 bags.so I've tried to reached out to them since 29.12.25. after all I have reached out to them plenty of times now I have reported this to my credit card company to step in to recover my fund. I would.never buy from them they're scam
