Download the new KinderCare App for a window into your child’s day. You can access pictures and updates throughout the day, plus a new messaging feature. Ask your Center Director when the app will be live in your center. Once your center is ready, check your inbox for an invitation email and follow the link to set up your password for the app.

Updating my review for the latest release 03/25/2024: Honestly this app was better before the UI refresh. This version randomly slows down, crashes, and I still can't access my albums I created on the old version. The UX is pretty bad so for now I'm going to revert to the old version until things get worked out on this newer version.

Video playback is inconsistent (unable to watch entire video or skip ahead). Unable to suppress app or email notifications, notes from facility are communicated by both email & notification (the flood during the day is impossible to manage while at work). It's overkill!! Lastly, the app consistently crashes causing my phone to recommend it's placed in deep sleep, which defeats the purpose of an app for daycare updates 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Can't we build better apps in 2024?!

It's pretty good. It's nice to have all the info for my kiddo in one place. I can message teachers, get reports of whats happening in real-ish time. I wish you could see details of some items like "food" but you dont know what that included until the end of the day. This makes it a little difficult to plan dinner, since we try to do something different than what they ate earlier. But overall, its good.
