I was hoping that these were gonna be good. Phugs turns out you cannot really link it to Google Home like it says and if you're not standing right by it and wait 3 to 5 minutes without app open, you have to have their app open to be able to control it, you can't use the Google Home. It will not do it. You have to have theirs open and in it takes forever. I have no other problems with any of the other devices. I have that aren't necessarily Google like mercuryou're Phillips. Don't. Bye from them
Hi Paul. We are so sorry for the bad experience. I assure you our smart plugs do work with Google Home as many thousands of users control them with Google Home every day. We stand behind our products and want to make this right! Please call 208-495-5311 (M-F 9AM-5PM MT) and one of our friendly support agents will help you troubleshoot this issue.

These outlets handle DST with the grace of a squirrel on a greased pole. I have 4, one is an hour fast, and two are an hour behind. Yes, I can reset them twice per year, plus the times they try to fix themselves, or I can buy another product entirely. They do track usage, but relaibly only if the wifi maintains a perfect connection all the time.

Location detection failure make the app and the plug useless. My location services are properly set up on my Samsung Galaxy S9. I tried disabling location and re-enabling, restarting the phone. Nothing works. Why can't I type in or search by postal code? The app will not let you do anything unless the location is known but since you can't set the location, this app and the "smart plug" are useless. Please fix location and I'll re-rate.
