• Repair Reporting — Report problems in common areas or within your residence, attach photos, and track repair status.
• Package Delivery — Receive notifications when packages arrive and check package receipt history.
• QR Code for Visitors — Create QR codes for guests or visitors for convenient and secure entry and exit from the project.
• QR Code Scanning — Scan to perform various transactions within the project.
• Contact Management — Direct contact with project staff and management.
• Voting and Surveys — Participate in opinions and vote on community issues.
• Time Tracking (for project security personnel) — Record clock-in and clock-out times and view work history.
