App will have withdrawal issues at the worst times, they won't give you a notice ahead of a downtime. Imagine being in a restaurant having lunch and at the back of ur mind u can send money and change it in seconds and pay. Only to be stuck because koko send wants to have a withdrawal problem. The assistants don't help either, cant give a timeframe. Disaster of a company!

Best, easy to access, the rates are alittle bit high, but you guys should make space for loans, maybe for those who has been available for the minimum of 6months and constantly using the app. But you guys are the best Fintech platform I have ever seen. Secondly, I will appreciate if there's an added addition for western Union transactions... It will go a long way. Thank you

90% possibility the app would not work for a day out of every 7 days in accumulated time. Disappoints at the worst possible times, customer service can be really slow too. It is a useful application, but the people running it are amateurs. Why will ur app have so much downtime? Why do u have to do maintenance every 2 days and when its being done the app cant be used, for hours. A decent competitor will sweep away all ur customers extremely easily, dey play
