I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.

Since the latest update, I’ve encountered an issue with the chart feature. When I view the chart, then switch to the option chain, and try to return to the chart, the app takes me back to the main UI instead. This disrupts the workflow and makes navigation frustrating. Please look into fixing this in the next update! Additionally, it would be great to have more features for charting, like adding scalping tools, to enhance the trading experience.

Kotak Neo app is extremely slow. I did a screen recording, sent it to the customer care. But all they had to say was delete the app and reinstall the latest version. I've tried everything they said but still the app works very slow. Have incurred huge losses due to the lag in the app and freezing of the same. I feel stuck with Kotak as all my holdings are here. But if this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to switch my trading account. Its high time Kotak does something!!
