Yesterday I had very bad experience with the app. I had 3 short positions in Silver Micro November futures I was thinking of squaring off if price makes new high. At 6.13 pm, app stopped working (all prices reflecting as zero) so I got stuck. Restarting the phone & reinstallation of app also didn't work. At around 6.36 pm, app started working and I was shocked to see that price had jumped by 3500 points and my loss was substantial. I had gone through such mental stress as it was not my fault.

Hey Kotak Team, please note my review. Three star only. App is good but not the best for trading (specially for scalping) compared with the other discount brokers out there. It hasso many bugs, charts are not well synced. Trading from charts need more stable updates like, live PnL on charts, SL and target, live data from nse,etc. Hope to see some competitive features coming soon.

I have been using the Kotak Securities Neo app for trading, but over the past month, I have encountered persistent glitches that have significantly impacted my experience. Most recently, on September 8, 2025, while attempting to purchase call or put options, the app displayed buying prices that were 2 to 5 rupees higher than the prevailing market rates. This discrepancy resulted in unnecessary financial losses for me. Despite raising this issue with Kotak Securities, they have not acknowledged
