Worst app, booked the ticket from Udupi to Bangalore but trip got cancelled. It's ok we can understand something. Unfortunately we received message on 10.30pm which the bus is departed time 8.10 worst part is even departed is not aware of that. What in the app is this application is used for. No need to improve the application just discard this app.

One of the worst app I try to book ticket through ksrtc app and website, but not able to select boarding and dropping point. Previous version of app and website is so good. Don't make the update with out testing the app and website correctly

The app is user friendly but, 1.Unable to login , always I have to book tickets as guest .. 2.There are many routes and buses but the app doesn't show them 3. App shuts down when I press the Back Button ,& I have to restart the process again .. Please Improve this features in future updates Now finally the login problem has been solved thank you KSRTC !
