Update: What I wrote before was just wishful thinking. Registering a new device is just gambling. One never knows when it will work or not. I'm not able to register more than one device in a row. Seems that I have to wait for a day or need to use a different SSID with every device. The app can't finish the "Register Device to cloud server", if trying within the same WLAN. That kind of annoying :-(

Hello, I'm sorry for this . Setting up WiFi socket is related to mobile phone and router. Can you provide your mobile phone and router model so that we can find and fix the problem soon.

I reinstalled the application, after logging in this message will appear: "operation failed". on all networks (4G, 5G, wifi) - update: Thank you so much for the instructions, today when I got home from work the app was working perfectly! (the time zone was set correctly, I don't understand what the problem was.) (:

Please check if the time zone setting is correct, or set it to automatically update the time zone
