The train time has never been accurate and always late. And the Klang to Tg Mulim lane is very limited to 1 way or another by morning or evening session. Yet on the app, it allows you to purchase tickets for the non available train, or didn't border to inform the train will be available in the morning or evening only. 5 stars when the Klang line double track are completed.

Worst app ever. The booking and payment flow only allows for a perfect scenario, meaning you do not make changes to your booking at all and payment must also work the first time. If anything fails, you'll be forced to restart and have to wait for like half an hour because there is a "Duplicate passport number" error which prevents you from doing the same booking again. Which "genius" planned such a flow? It's mind boggling how stupid it is.

Unpredictable. Every damn train you take is unpredictable. They will do as they please and end it with an apology. They will delay as much as they like and just announce it with complete disregard of passengers on a schedule. But God forbid you come 5 minutes before and the gate won't open. Different set of rules for passengers, different set of rules for them. App doesn't allow refund because they have a time frame for refund which is should be possible before the time of departure!!!
