Hey donkey, if you don't have the money to buy an app for the price of one beer, don't try to rate apps you don't understand.

Upon using "Force stop," this app aggressively respawns or never dies. That's despite "Restricted" Battery Usage, as well as disabled "Notifications" & "Appear-on-top" permissions. There seems to be no way to shut it up -other than to uninstall it completely. Now I remember why I had this & "notification dots" installed -but later removed them. I still have "notification widget" installed, so I clearly haven't had the same problem there. If dev won't help to resolve soonish, I'll seek a Rf.

App is not functional without service and notification access then if you want stop it then you must uninstall it. It is logical that app is displayed as consuming battery because it is refreshed every frame. Widgets are made on another principle

Great idea but as the previous review eluded to, I can't click on certain items on the screen while the ticker is running. Example, I can't click on the Open button in Google Play right now for your app 🙂 Edit-it's not just Google Play. That was just an example. It happened w/ 3 other apps as well and I only downloaded it about 2 hours ago. I use other apps that are always on top and don't prevent buttons from being tap. Edit-not sure why you're angry about users feedback. Get better not angry.
