I am extremely disappointed with the Kunduz tutor app. The selection process for tutors is very poor; despite putting in significant effort, I was not selected. The customer care service is equally disappointing, with unhelpful responses, long wait times, and a lack of resolution to my issues. Additionally, the app's infrastructure is subpar, with frequent glitches and a user interface that is not user-friendly. The entire experience has been frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend.

This app wasted my so much time and energy. I'm unable to upload the answers in the tutor selection test. They ask to select the subject category of the given answer but the subject list is not showing. Have tried many times but still not working. Edit: the kunduz team have solved my issue. Thanks for quick response.

Haven't received any payment since 4 to 5 weeks now. They would pop up a notification that the payment will be delayed but do not specify any duration. It has happened earlier too, the payment was never on time but atleast it didn't take more than a month! But now I am afraid that all the hardwork i have put in has been wasted. The apps rating is also falling drastically. Edit: received all the pending payments. But there were no Bonuses as such.
