Vaultage is a password manager which prides itself on integrity. The software has been designed to be noninvasive, clean and easy to use. This application does not require any network connectivity, so anything you store in your 'vault' is at minimal risk of becoming compromised.

Too many Password Managers suffer from 'scope creep', this means that they gradually ask for more and more permissions from you, they try to backup or store your credentials in the cloud (alarm bells!) or they hit you up for an ongoing subscription.

Vaultage isn't like the other Password Managers. Installing Vaultage gives you access to all features and we never have access to your credential store. In fact, Vaultage never requests permission to the network so it makes it vastly more secure.

Ratings and reviews

The settings need more options. 1- I hate when i close the app and it pops up 30sec later while im doing something else to ask me if i want to close it. Its a mice security feature for some, but for me it is no good. I would like an option to turn it off. 2- the automatic prompts given when in a random password field are more often than not, incorrect. It takes WAY more time to correct it than to just type it in. So i tend to ignore these prompts. I would like an option to turn off.

I'm having a problem My Samsung 25+ needed to be reset as it locked up. When all my things were reinstalled from Samsung cloud, the Vaultage app is there. I put in my special password but there were no friends and business stored passwords. it was a blank app. isn't there some way thru your company to restore my password contacts.

I've been using Vaultage for years and don't know where I'd be without it. Saves all my passwords with notes; I can choose to use a password they recommend or create my own. I typically combine the two.
