Ratings and reviews

Received the smaller "laundrette" roller despite my subscription for bedding. Probably the wrong choice there. Took a day for pickup to be scheduled. Return took several extra days than advertised. Biggest issue for me was the strength of fabric softener used. The smell, while mostly pleasant, lasted for weeks and could be sensed from across my apartment. Customer service was curt; denied my request for additional rinses. I can see how this could be convenient for some. Unsubscribed.

Very expensive Dry cleaning returned without cleaning . charged 28000 KRW just for pick up caring services and returning.

It's amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing how fulfilling it will be.
