Opened an account... I think? Have logged many times into the app and online banking, but get logged out automatically after accepting the terms. Contacted customer support and was told to call back as they have more instructions to continue the application, even tho I submitted the application and received no communication that there was an issue? Hard to trust a bank with my money when they can't figure out how to process basic applications. Judging by other reviews, I'm not an isolated case.

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to disable copy-paste when linking an external account. Copy-pasting the routing and account nos. would actually prevent typos more than typing manually. Also, the app requires that account number should be 15 characters or less. I can't link my PrizePool account because it's 16 characters, which is just stupid.

Service is slow and unreliable. Did a domestic wire transfer and they take the full 10 week days to apply it to my account when the bank I transferred it from shows it had completed successfully within two week days. Doesn't support external bank connections online. Doesn't utilize any other services like Plaid to smooth transfers and account connections. I am beginning to question their trustworthyness. It may be they need to rework the wording on how the holding works, Its not very clear.
