This app is severely lacking in functionality and reliability. Users frequently encounter connectivity issues, with servers often down, making it nearly impossible to complete transactions. The app is extremely slow, adding to user frustration. Instead of enhancing the existing app, the bank seems focused on launching new apps that fail to address these fundamental problems.Overall, this app is a disappointing experience for anyone seeking efficient banking services.

Why are we being forced to update this app? It doesn't start if we don't update the app. If any other app has an update, it doesn't stop working altogether. Also, how come all of a sudden it is mandatory to answer security questions for the transactions??. Why am I supposed to remember the security questions all of a sudden and if you don't answer your account is blocked ππ

Dear J&K bank administration,Please please and please don't make an app if you are unable to maintain it and solve it's issues. If bugs had headquarters, it'd be mpay app. Don't try to imitate with gpay, paytm, phonepe etc cause you can't reach that level of perfection. Anxiety levels are rising day to day and I it's mpay to blame on. Please try to update and fix those bugs. I can't login, on resetting mpin it says give card details. When given, it says card details not valid. Like what?π‘.
