After the consultation was done and got my medcert, I was suprised that the gender shows "M". Heck, there's nowhere in the app to allow you to update this info nor was this asked upon signing up! Also, the physician sounds mataray, I was suprised that even someone I know also experienced the same despite having used the app multiple times (when needed), and with different doctors. Disappointing,

the app is not reliable. the app shows, "there are still 5 patients ahead of you", and yet we are notified the doctor is now calling. the patient joined 3 times but automatically disconnected, while waiting for the doctor to join in. According to the secretary, we should use a mobile phone instead of laptop, when in the many previous consultations we used laptop to join.

I’d like to share my experience — the application is not reliable, especially when it comes to the doctor’s schedule. The schedule shown in the app is often not updated, and there are changes in the doctor’s availability that are not reflected in real time. This causes inconvenience for patients who rely on the app to plan their visits. I hope the management can look into improving the accuracy and timeliness of schedule updates to avoid further issues.
