Reservations may or may not actually be registered. Some made it others did not. Two systems: the app and the hotel. Best to go to your butler or directly to the restaurant. Also, no way to view your schedule from the app. Either remember or you'll have to ask when and where from the desk. It is a good way to see menus.

Although the UI can be slightly quirky and unconventional, I still accomplished amazing things with this app. I made many requests to my butler (Israel, he's wonderful) for room accomodations and they were swiftly executed. It also provides options for scheduling room service, which came in handy for breakfast. Plus all the resort information (map, calendar of events, services, etc). Definitely download if you're at Le Blanc.

User friendly app making stay even more convenient! Lists the hours of weeks entertainment and each restaurant but does not allow reservations. I would like to be able to make a reservation in real time from the app. Cannot book spa or fitness activity from app but once it is booked at desk, the appointment will show on app calendar. Loved having the schedule without using personal calendar (I was intentionally ignoring) during my vacation. Overall, a must have app for your stay!
