Lousy apps, after trying this and that, had to use a laptop. The apps let you register your new printer, asking for the serial number of the printer, tried all the possible number on the label at the back, none of them was the serial number! The whole process setting up took over an hour, and registration not successful. So frustrating.

All of a sudden it wont connect to any of my home computers and mobile cant find it even though the control panel shows it's broadcasting. Spent 2 hours with i.t. and need to call them back. Maybe I just scrap it and go buy a new one? Am sad. I loved this printer and the companies support but something changed somewhere and it's apparently not just me.
