Please no one should download this app. It's a scam app. I tried to book 3 seats online this morning and they asked me to fund my wallet, I paid ₦73,000 into my wallet so I could pay ₦72,000 for the 3 seats, I was debited and since morning they've refused to fund my wallet. I called their customer service the line is bared from receiving calls I have been writing them on WhatsApp and they're are not doing anything up to this minute and my trip is tomorrow morning.

I will advice you all to avoid booking online via this app unless you want to keep paying higher than normal fare. This will be the second time I am booking online only to arrive at the park to see the fair collected online is way higher than what's displayed online. That's fraud. This will be the last time I will be booking online LIBRA. thank you

So my first experience with the app and Libra Motors was quite great. But I just encountered a problem with the app. I tried to log in and schedule a trip but I was told to upgrade the app, I can only upgrade or exit the app, so I try to upgrade it but it just won't work. It showed "pending" for a whole day and it didn't upgrade or open either. I deleted and tried downloading the app all over again... but that won't work too. Who else is having this issue please? Kindly rectify this.
