Through this application, you will be put in contact with an IVECO GROUP expert who will support you remotely while you operate on your IVECO vehicle.

IVECO TECH PAL application is usable on:

iOS mobile phones and tablets with an iOS version > 12
Windows mobile phones and tablets with a Windows version > Windows 10
Augmented Reality headsets such as Hololens 2, Realwear HTM-1 / Navigator 500, Librestream Cube

IVECO TECH PAL application enables you to:
- Show via video the technical issue encountered on your IVECO vehicle.
- Take high-definition pictures of the issue, even with a very low internet bandwidth available.
- Be understood in the language of your choice through a live-translation feature available in 29 languages.
- Be guided precisely with Augmented Reality indications through your operation.
- Invite up to 20 participants of your choice to join your call.
- Register videos
- Share your screen
- Work with hands-free

What’s new

To increase upload speed of image captures a new setting has been added, Prioritize Upload Bandwidth’ which will automatically reduce outgoing video bandwidth while the upload is active. This is enabled by default for all standard media profiles. It may be turned off for custom media profiles.
