Ratings and reviews

This is the worst application possible. Set it up with username and password. Never allows me to log in. It keeps stating incorrect password. I change the password, works once, and then the second time says it is incorrect. Why do I have to change the password each time? When changing the password, it makes me change the password for the member site. Just useless
