New to this app. Extremely helpful to an extent. Trip updates are in real-time so that's nice. But the only problem is that the trip is not progressive enough to track multiple pick-up and drop-off destinations. You are either driving to, picking up, or driving to, and dropping off once for the whole 1, 2, 5,or 8 hour day with one client. The GPS (navigation) in the app has been wrong every time used it, so I just use Google or Waze. Hoping for new developments ahead.

we have used this app for 6 years now. a decent app for the industry. but much more attention needs to be put into it. for instance, calling customers... the drivers number should be shielded from the customer, and the customers number should be shielded from the driver for security reasons. a generic number should be used instead on both ends like Uber does. there are many tools built in but they need more automation. like on the way, and arrived and customer in car and done at drop off.

The old app, which could definitely be improved, is still far better than this one. A few issues: font is too small; difficult to read at a glance. I am assigned to different vehicles in the course of the day, but must now go to detail page (which is slow!) for each trip to see if I am changing vehicles. (the old app I could see the vehicle on the main page and just scroll down to see if I will need to change). History doesn't show the passenger's name, and destination is truncated. And more.
