Everytime I try and book a taxi to the airport, it won't let me. Keeps saying error and to try again later. I have tried again later many times and also tried uninstalling and redownloading the app a few times and still won't work.

I don't get why your meters charges 4CAD at the beginning of a ride and continuously charge even when the car is stationary or hold up in traffic does seem fair.

The app is useful for quick booking and getting an exact time for which the driver will arrive. The problem is that it doesn't seem to be connected to the driver's software in their devices. I would not recommend booking for a later time. I often book for a later date when I'm off work and they always end up coming early. They say they don't know I booked it for (example) 2:30pm and they come at 2:15 or 2:20. Then they will have to leave or wait for me. It's not fair to them.
