You have to sign up through the website as the app just gives you the "Oops, please try again later" error, but after that, it works.

finding location sometimes not accurate. sometimes drivers don't have the destination information from app

Absolutely do not recommend this app or company. It doesn't tell you who is coming and when, there is no way to cancel it from the app and the worst part is you have no idea how much the ride is. It gives an estimate of a very small amount, then puts a hold of double ro triple that on your card and you just have to hope that the driver isn't taking the long route and taking his sweet time driving you to your destination.
