I like how the app is GPS enabled. It means if I don't know where I am my taxi can still find me within a 1 block radius. And if they don't see you they call you. For the most part the drivers are friendly and my total is within the estimate that the app gives. Yellow cab is very punctual and arrives quickly after you call them. I have yet to have a bad experience with yellow cab.

I was quoted an amount that was supposed to be 13, he changed it to 25! It took me forever to get ahold of someone on the phone to fix it, they kept hanging up or transferring me to someone who wouldn't pick up the phone. Just checked and they changed it to 15 dollars but this was a huge nightmare to deal with! They force you to prepay, even tip! So if it's bad service or the cost is doubled you're forced to shell out. Terrible customer service. And I'm not a Karen I'm super nice in the phone :(

Absolutely do not recommend this app or company. It doesn't tell you who is coming and when, there is no way to cancel it from the app and the worst part is you have no idea how much the ride is. It gives an estimate of a very small amount, then puts a hold of double ro triple that on your card and you just have to hope that the driver isn't taking the long route and taking his sweet time driving you to your destination.
