Ratings and reviews

Forced updates every day and yet the app is still broken. Unresponsive UI, laggy, slow, doesn't register the clicks/touches. The available items change every other day. One day you order something, the next day you can't order it anymore. A vey good idea, but awfully executed both from the technical point of view as well as from the logistics' point of view.

Unfortunately I'm unable to use the app. I'm located in the delivery area range, but app still gives me "we don't deliver in this area yet" notification. I reported it to support, provided all informations and screenshots and since over a week they didn't give me any feedback. Edit: yeah you successfully reached me, i provided everything you asked for and then you stopped responding. Ofc the problem is still unsolved.

Application lags terribly. It's unoptimized and it seems not tested at all. I tried ordering and all I could see were error messages. After reaching out to support they ensure me that there were temporarily problems with payment processings. Couple of days later same thing occured. Cannot trust the services that rolls out such an uprepared product. Not to mention design is probably the ugliest in the world together with AliExpress.
