Subscription should be easy, but it has been a terrible experience for me. You need to fix the Subscription section of the app. I have used both my regular card and Dollar card, but I get the same error. It's just terrible! I use the same card for other subscriptions like Canva, YouTube, Spotify, Prime, Netflix and I don't have issues but the LFCTV app is just terrible. Trying to subscribe is stressful and it doesn't go through at all.

Such a poor app. It glitches, it crashes, it tells me I need subscription every time I try to listen to the commentary. Now it's saying my payment has been declined no matter what card I use to update my payment. So I now have to uninstall it again. There is way of contacting customer service to find out why. It's really poor for such a huge club like liverpool to have such a poor chanel like this well done, thanks very much, LFCTV GO!! I will not be returning to try to subscribe anytime soon.

When the app because available for Android TV's I installed it and it was working ok. Had to log in a couple of times but on the whole fine. Today no app. Searched for it and its installed but I can't open it. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still can't open. Not a happy bunny.
