The remote never works no matter what if I use their battery or change it out, it still never ever worked. The lights worked for about 1 week and now I can get the device to connect no matter what I do. I unplugged everything waited 1, 2, 5, minutes, connected everything back, nothing worked, the device couldn't be found by scanning, no matter what I did. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, that didn't work either. There is no light indicator inbedded on the charging device, makes it hard to

The LED lights work good, but they are a little finicky. They don't come with the extra plastic pieces needed to extend the LED lights, so basically you can only use the first part of the role and then once you cut it, the rest of the useless unless you buy the pieces separately and I don't even know what kind is the correct kind to buy. And for the app, I can't figure out how to do anything with DIY settings, the only thing I can do is Shake mode music mode or color match, upsetting

I absolutely love the led lights, but the app was horrible. Whenever I was picking a color on the remote or the app, the colors would be different. For example, red was green. The app had fewer features that I thought it had. I would love it if you guys could add more features. Also, on my remote, some of the diy functions do not work.
