When i put info in, i dont get any useful info from it. Needs a tutorial. I saved recipies i wanted to try but there is no quick way to see them, like a "my cookbook". Doesnt tally your food intake for carbs either. Generally not too useful for extra $9.99 i paid. Recipies looked good though. I would like a refund, please.

the only thing that stood out negatively for me is the missing of an option to edit finished fasting periods. it happened once or twice to me that i choose the wrong tome by mistake and couldn’t change it afterwards when it came to my attention. but apart from that i really like the app, it helps me stay motivated and i enjoy the daily lessons.

Tried many apps these last weeks, this one is the best so far, helps me for intermittent fasting, keto/low cabs recipes, even shopping list, it's stressful to change diet and this app is really helpful ! The only thing I want is : more recipes ! Or make possible to add my own 😁
