The app could be really great but is buggy and laggy to hell. I can no longer see new messages and typing lags the app to a crawl, even if it is the only app open. It's great for connecting people and keeping people in teams while maintaining a global chat. You just have to be willing to deal with the lag and lack of options for customer support.

Incompetent Performance Used app to change my organizations main form of communication from GroupMe to Lowkey. I enjoy the features of the app like pinning,admin-only messaging, and the non-reputation efforts applied to the chats. BUT gah damn anytime I type it freezes up and delays for atleast a second for every character I type. Luckily I only make announcements or small chats and for the announcements I type in a separate app and then copy and paste.

Great app but it crashes a bunch and sometimes it gets into a crash loop that prevents me from opening the app. It's great when it works but the freezing and crashing are issues that have taken away from my ability to use the app.
