Purpose - easily fix (update) Lithuanian phone numbers (prefix) 8 to +370 or 0.
Free, no data collection, no ads.
Since 2025-03-01 old local prefix 8 won't be valid anymore, there is need to replace prefix to new local 0 or international +370.
App created using single page minimalistic design.
Works in principle - "select -> change/preview to new prefix -> save changes"
Supported Android versions: >= v7
Tested in Android v9 (Xiaomi Mi A1), v14 (Samsung A34, OnePlus NordLite 2), v15 (Google Pixel 8)
