Absolutely terrible. Will not connect to WiFi after FOUR DAYS OF TRYING! I have a separate 2.4g network. I have reset the device a dozen times. I have had it six inches from the router. It does not matter. It has only found the 2.4g network three or four times out of the dozens of attempts and will never connect. How a company can do this is beyond me.

This is probably the worst mobile software application I've ever used. The scheduling interface DOES NOT WORK. It does not save the settings and there is no place in the app to tell it to set Schedule to ON. The whole user interface is horrible and confusing. The previous app was bad but this new version is effectively unusable. Please, please just release a simple app allowing customers to set a schedule in an easy way. It's the only essential thing a "smart" thermostat needs to do.

6/1/20 Get a NEST, on sale right now temperamental at best. app constantly crashes on boot screen on android, "would you like to restart?" same thing. when I can get in I can cause the app ok, the UI is just awful. I can see my heat/cool cycle and usage which is neat, but it is rarely responds to in app temperature or program changes. more convenient to walk to the other side of the house to change the thermostat. God forbid if the power goes out and you need to re sync to your wifi.
