Whitemirror is a credential manager designed on an unwavering premise: absolute privacy and total control of your data. The application operates 100% offline (locally), meaning none of your passwords are sent over the internet. There are no external servers or cloud storage, eliminating any risk of remote data breaches.

Your security is our priority. The application implements robust standards to protect your information:
• Encrypted Databases: Your records are stored locally, protected by a military-grade encryption engine.

• Reliable Key Derivation: The Master Password you configure undergoes a robust cryptographic derivation process using the PBKDF2 function with HmacSHA256.

• Random Key Generator: It features an integrated module assisted by SecureRandom that instantly generates secure and complex 16-character passwords.

Access Control and Native Protection Layers
• Official Biometric Authentication: Access your vault using your device's fingerprint reader or facial recognition (BIOMETRIC_STRONG).

• Anti-Capture Protection (FLAG_SECURE): Operating system-level blocks that prevent screenshots or video recordings of your sensitive information.

• Clipboard Leak Mitigation: Copy your data with a single tap. The system clipboard is automatically emptied after 30 seconds for external security.
