Was extremely happy with the way it wsd originally. Now it's even more challenging And confusing, Absolutely, hate it. Please bring back the old update!!!! Highly disappointed, and what is easy For the creator to make Doesn't mean the rest of us will understand it Or comprehend the new changes, absolutely disappointed. With the changes that have been made Almost makes me not ever want to use the app again. It makes things stressful and difficult. And no, we won't get used to it!!!!

Not working suddenly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Keeps saying something wrong w my connection but there isn't. Please fix - I use this app often. Edit 9/5 still not fixed. Please let me know if there's something I need to do on my end. I'm about to take my business elsewhere... Edit 10/6 - reinstalled a couple weeks ago and worked great. Now it's doing the same thing. I'm about done with it... very frustrated.

This app is ridiculously not intuitive. The bill pay is not even part of the app, it redirects to the website. I am a strictly mobile user, and it's made it impossible to pay bills now. I had to ask for help to find the history of a bill payment, and the solution was to turn the phone sideways?? That's just poor design. I am looking at switching banks to a more mobile friendly option. There was not notice about these changes, as others have stated. Just overall very poorly executed.
