Can't finish a game because a new game interrupts what you're doing.

Love this game but lately when I use the hint or shuffle column it's taking a point from both columns at the same time, why is that? The Gin Rummy ad on the game keeps freezing up. I wish you guy's would fix these issues, the game is enjoyable but the issues are annoying. I just read some of your responses, if it's very important for you to get 5stars then you should listen & fix the issues people are having.

This game keeps me on my toes. I LOVE to play this game. Yes it does.
