It's a nightmare, takes forever to load, reservation flow breaks in the middle, forcing you to restart, but the slot you picked earlier is no longer available, does eventually show up as available after several hours or next day. Have to enter all the names over and over again for each. You HAVE to store a credit card in the app before you can make a reservation, does not allow to enter CC during reservation, one time purchase. The itinerary section stays empty does not show your reservations...

This is crapware. Sign-up issues were frustrating. I work in IT so I'm used to things not working like they should but this app was ridiculously trifling. Also, it's basically a brochure app. It has very little functionality. Can't order food from the app but you can see the full menu - which you can't do at the actual location near me - IRL store menu lists a bunch of deep fried stuff & reheated frozen pizzas & that's it. I tried to set up an event in the future, and the app crashes.

The reason we downloaded the app was for having all our cards in 1 place. Balances all say 0 which is not the case when we go to Main Event. Also the red circle just spins and spins so can't add a new card. It's really a worthless app at this point. When in the In Center View should be able to see the current bowling wait time is and where we are on the waitlist. Should be able to view ALL activities wait times. It really is a worthless app.
