About this app

This is an astronomy app. In addition to the functions provided in regular apps, the biggest feature is that in 3D mode you can view stars near the solar system stereoscopically using the stereogram parallel method.

1. Realize the depth of interstellar space using stereogram parallelism
Showing 102,154 stars near Earth. When set to 3D mode, you can view interstellar space in 3D using the stereogram parallel method. Since you need to hold your smartphone close to your face, people with nearsightedness may find it easier to see without glasses, while people with farsightedness may need to wear glasses.

2. Faithful reproduction of the solar system
Displays the sun, moon, and planets at their actual apparent diameters. Depending on the settings, you can display your current location, recent movement trajectory, and date on the trajectory. The Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars are in exact waxing and waning phases.

3. Regional differences in how the moon looks
A thin, translucent moon is temporarily displayed at the position seen from the center of the earth. In addition, a dark, translucent moon is displayed at a position that can be seen from the observation location set within the app. When only the latitude of the observation point is changed from north pole +90° → equator 0° → south pole -90°, the center position of the moon is shown as a dotted line. If you freely change the latitude between +90° and -90° using the orange slide at the bottom of the screen, the position of the moon will also move accordingly. Since the moon is translucent and can be seen through, simulations of solar and star eclipses allow us to see the relative positions of the moon and stars even during the eclipse.

4. Observation date and time, observation time
When you set the date and time and observation point, the starry sky visible at that time and place will be displayed. In addition, the calendar function allows you to specify the date and time within a range of several months, and the observation location can also be set by country or city name. In addition, it is also possible to enter numerical values for longitude and latitude manually.
