Warning: Beware of Mamaearth App's Poor Service and Potential Fraud! I recently had a disappointing experience with the Mamaearth app. I purchased a lipstick, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. To make matters worse, their app has a glaring flaw - once the product is delivered, the order history disappears, leaving no record of your purchase. What's even more alarming is the complete lack of customer support. There is no phone number, messaging service, or email address to reach out.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the app customer service and delivery service. Recently had ordered from app and the order was not delivere but the status is showing as delivered. When tried to contact the delivery person the rrsponse was it's a wrong number. When contacted custom care there was no response. Also when you check in app the orders page goes blank
