After 2 years of good relationship with this insurance company, I'm saying goodbye to them. After renewal, my price doubled. I haven't any claims and get 5+ years nocalaim bonus. And everything that they have done- lower just a few pounds. Still too expensive like for empty(no any covers or recovery)insurance. So always check your renewal price...

I won't be using this company again. I've purchased a van for my house move, and they have been extremely unhelpful with their customer service mainly as they replying on live chat after about 30-60mins and working only Mon-Fri when most of the people are also at work. I ended up getting my insurance cancelled by them and having me to 135£ cancellation fee because I couldn't provide proof of address for the short time I had as all my bills were moved to my new address and I didn't had 1st bill

Devious con artists, I got a renewal quote and it was £720 more than the year before, for no reason, so naturally I cancelled. I went through the nonsense AI bot chat to do that, took forever, but I did it. Today I get an email saying good news you're renewed and the price was £910 more than last year. Avoid like the plague guys!
