MULIKA is an anonymous messaging app and platform that facilitates citizens participation in National Security.
Reporting a crime has never been this easy!
Have you ever been mugged? Robbed? Sexually assaulted?
Have you ever witnessed a crime and did not want to go to the police station to report it?
Do you have any information to relay to security authorities and do not want to be identified?
In every crime, there is someone with information that can aid investigations.
You can now report any security concern in Kenya either as a victim or a witness/concerned citizen. You can attach photos, audio or video.
Any misconduct: bribery, harassment, extortion etc., by any government official can also be reported on this platform.
The report is received immediately by at least 5 security chiefs in your county namely: The County Police Commander, County Administration Police Commander, The County Criminal Investigation Officer, County National Intelligence Service Officer, The County Commissioner, and Ministry of Interior headquarters.
It is also received by Deputy County Commissioners, The Officers Commanding Police Division (OCPDs) and other sub county security committee members.
Your phone details or number are not included in the report and therefore you remain completely anonymous. Should you require feedback, you can include your details when sending the report.
The online portal is also available. You can key in your information and omit or include your contact details.
You can in addition register to receive any security notifications directly from the security authorities.
