Works great so far!! Customer service has been awesome as well!

This is a horribly unreliable app. You would think that a company like Master Lock would have their act together, but they definitely cut corners and costs to provide a substandard product. It might go over well in third World countries, but lacks reliability where and when it counts the most.

So far so good! We needed a way to log who was taking the keys for our shop truck. The ability to assign individual users access ensures we get a time stamp and name associated with the keys every single time. Next step is using this on an interior door for the same level of accountability on items available to our staff.
