I never write reviews, but out of frustration had to. I downloaded and couldn't enter login details on my first go. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Got it going a second time, logged in and thought it was all systems go to find the pages do not resize, the app is slow and my child loses interest waiting for pages to load. When we got to the end of the quiz the page freezes and wouldn't give my child a result. Absolutely pointless app that disengages learning.

Wish I had read the recent app reviews before buying this. When working it's good, my child enjoys doing excercises to earn gems for her avatar. BUT, app often freezes when logging in or if left idle for more that a couple of minutes so need to close the app and reopen. Also when clicking on a game nothing happens, so no Mathletics live. I've now paid for a service that my child can't fully use. Ridiculous really. Lack of responses to recent poor reviews also shows poor support.

It's got far too many bugs. Sometimes It doesn't load, sometimes logs you out mid activity, sometimes it's doesn't allow you to type in your sign in details, sometimes it doesn't let you go to the next question and so on. There are just too many issues for this to be an app children are using to complete school set work. As parents, in this current climate, there is so much to stress about then to have this on top of it all. I've even tried emailing them for some help but I didn't get a reply.
