(Feels like a scam) Originally, I subscribed on the web, but there was an issue with accessing my benefits, then I tried in the app to restore or activate my purchase, but it wouldn't work. Then, while trying everything, I resubscribed again using my google Pay. Both my banks were charged for the same account, and I emailed customer service and received no reply. I tried to email through the app, and it doesn't even want to send it so I can cancel.

I started paying for a subscription to Good Housekeeping + in November of last year. I am still not able to log in. I have emailed and called multiple times, the last time was Monday, January 31st and I was told that I would receive a return phone call within 2 business days. I will demand my money back and I do not recommend trusting their system.

Terrible! The app doesn't work. Don't spend money on the subscriptions. It would be a waste of money.
