Something has happened recently. When I first got the system 2 yrsand installed the app there were no problems. Within the last four months the app has started to act up. It freezes during playback, when opened the screen is black and you have to close the app and restart it. There is a very unusually long time to load the cameras, and equally long time to switch between cameras. I have had internet checked, rebooted the wifi router, as well as the NVR. All probs seem to point to the app.

The more I use this app, the more I hate it. If one of my cameras is triggered, I go on the app to see why. Not sometime, not most of the time but every single time I select a camera, this damn app freezes. At first I thought it was my phone, but it's not. It freezes on my tablet, as well as my laptop. My direct feed monitor never freezes. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Poor. Not formatted correctly. QRcode share access is cut off, and there no way to expand it to be used. App only works horizontally. Logs you out and is a pain to log back in. Logs out your shared devices and gives errors when trying to log back in. The video is poor quality. The time always gets off, and it's a hassel to find a moment on play back because of the time.
