Ratings and reviews

Time is being saved differently than the rendered time. For instance rendered time online wth website will say 12 to 215 p.m., in the app, time it is saying 1 to 315. This is way off and making it difficult to add my other sessions, plus drive time. 2 years later and the app still is a waste as it takes forever to load or fails to load 75% of the time. It's ridiculous.

always struggling to keep notes or it likes to make notes disappear and I'm always having to go back and do it again. I also wish there was dark mode, the white all the time hurts my eyes

Overall, the app is great. There are glitches and errors that do arise which is expected. But the staff actively works on correcting any issues that are encountered. And there is ways to submit tickets for them to take suggestions for literally everything. I do believe overtime this system will just get better and better as glitches are work through.
