Pre March '22 update: Works very well - there are just a couple of things I can't do on the app like I can from the site. 3.21.22 As others have reported, I agreed to update the app & no longer have any access whatsoever: a blank white screen is all that shows up. This is not only ridiculous, it is extremely inconvenient: I expect more from this establishment! I certainly hope this issue gets addressed, fixed and is never again a problem in the VERY near future!

My experience trying to enroll in the app was very frustrating. I filled out the form three to four times. Each time I received an error message, with no message indicating it was successful. I even tried logging in, in case I really had enrolled, but no success. When I called mecu, the rep walked me through enrolling another time with the same result. I needed a specialist; none were available so they took my number to call me back. The rep called me back to discover I was already enrolled.

Good way to check on balances and pay bills. The check deposit function is greatly improved. Love the Bill Pay feature. I wish there was an easy way to transfer money from an outside account. Unable to payoff loan amount in full $200.22. I can log on with my fingerprint, but then have to enter my password to pay bills, deposit miney, transfer funds. This is not right.
