i installed my Orient ultron Mega Inverter in 2023, and the app has not been working since then. How hard can it be to fix an app. They used to keep on lying to me on whatsapp that they are working on the app, and it will be fixed soon, that soon never came. Not just that, but they have blocked me on whatsapp, so I would't be able complain anymore

*EDIT YEAR 2025: STILL THE SAME ISSUE. WORST COMPANY, ITS BETTER NOT TO BUY THEIR WIFI MODELS AS ITS JUST A MONEY MINTING GIMMICK. One of the worst app I ever came across. It rather looks like a gimick. I bought the new mirror series last month. Connected it with the app. App used to have some glitches but used to work at least. Now it's not connecting to my AC and the model is not even shown in the app.

very poor user interface. Just installed the app and created my account now at every step error 403 with tagline Forbidden appears and nothing happening with the app. It shows a message. You dont have permission to access this resource.
