TERRIBLE! The application's fingerprint sign in does not work. About every third sign in it asks for you to register your phone number again. There are random frequent times that it does not let you sign in at all and says to contact customer support. CNB really needs to push the developers of this application to work on it. It has been four months. I have tried Un- installing it several times. IT IS BROKE! Please CNB stop posting on facebook how great things are going. Please fix.

easy to use and makes bamking easy and convenient even when the bank is closed

This app is excessively buggy. You open the app and it tells you authentication is required every time. Even if your save the ID it often times doesn't save it. The fingerprint doesn't work. And it frequently tells us to contact customer Support over a login error. In addition it frequently makes us re-enroll in the online banking. Please fix it cause it's excessively annoying.
