There is always something wrong with this app, always something to fix, always have to go in and let them(FNBD) reset something on their end every few months. No other institution that requires a password needs this much attention. Once my user name is set, password set, I should be good. I'm about ready to switch banks. Definitely not user friendly or practical.

It would be really nice if the app wouldn't consistently un-save your username if the option is there. Constantly I have to re-enter username, and asks to send a code to your cell phone then asks you to re-register your number even though it has it on file already. Then the constant crashing is extremely annoying. I shouldn't have to delete the app and re-add it just to unlock my card.

the people are amazing will help with anything you need. Never had a problem they can't fix. THANKS FNBD
